the diet to end all diets.....hopefully

Well here I am again.  The start of a new plan, a new idea (which is really and old idea)  ready to change my life.  THE DIET.  This will be the one,  I am going to stick to it, I have set my goals, made my mental commitments, and now I am following one of Steve golden goal setting rules.  I am writing in down for all who want to can see. ( As Steve says a goal not written down is just a wish)   So here it is.

Since I own a plethora of different weight loss books, videos, DVD's, plans and booklets, from previous diets of course. As well as a membership to the local Anytime Fitness, I narrowed it down to P90X and A higher protein low carb food plan.  No bread, No rice, No pasta, that's the hard part.

I told Steve my plan this morning he says " I totally believe you that you will work out today...but what about tomorrow, and the next day, and the next day?"  Isn't that the truth?  I am so good for the first day I would even say the first week.  But the weekend comes and I just want to eat, and eat, and eat.
But not this time....this is going to be it.

After having Lena in May my goal was going to be back in pre-pre pregnancy weight and condition in one year.  Well that day is coming sooner than I thought. So here we go

For the next 90 days I will follow P90X to the letter.
On cardio days I can do P90X or go the gym and run
Diet Plan will be High protein and lower carbs, no bread, rice or past for 90 days.
I will only weigh myself on Sundays and record my progress here on the blog.
I will try to put an update each day on how the progress it going.

Today was the First day I did Chest/Back and abs. and went to the gym to walk on the tread mill.  Food was OK that is something I can work on.

Wish me luck.
PS pictures will be posted once I have a drastic change otherwise its just embarassing
And from here on out I will do updates on the side bar

Nikie, Have you tried muscle milk protein shake? They are pretty good. I tend to make my own, I use EAS protein (Costco) with a banana, Peanut butter, a little oats, soy and water and it's pretty good. Keep it up, doing great it's tough. Michael

...Or even vanilla protein, with frozen berry’s (from Costco) soy and water is pretty good as well. Are you doing any particular order of the video’s? Michael
